Refresh Error

My name is Giovanni, and I am a new user of Power BI. When I am trying to refresh the data, I am receiving these two error messages (see pictures). I know I have access to the data sources from which queries are linked to. I checked the viable options as indicated in troubleshooting guides, but nothing has worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling PowerBI, and I tried with someone else credentials…Message1.jpgMessage2.jpg

Hi @GTacco94, 

 

Which data source did you connect to? Which connection mode did you use, import, DirectQuery or Connect Live? 

 

Please click on File -> Options and Settings-> Data Source Settings, edit permission for each data source with a valid credential.
