Problem with Power Bi app

Good Morning

When opening any dashboard in the power bi app on android, the message that the report could not be loaded

on IOS the screen is white

Can you help us?

I have prints on some devices as evidence

I have problem with power Bi, i cant update date and it cant even read datasets i have used before. the problem has been persistenting.
