Problem with Power Bi app

Good Morning

When opening any dashboard in the power bi app on android, the message that the report could not be loaded

on IOS the screen is white

Can you help us?

I have prints on some devices as evidence

Dear all :

 

I am having the same issue, I am able to see my reports using powerbi destop and in the web, but using power bi app in iphone , Its loading.... loading ans never end

Ya se restauro el servicio power bi mobile, cierran el aplicativo y vuelve a iniciar.

This is recognized as a Known issue. The staff is working hard to fix it, you can retry later to see if it has returned to normal.
