Problem loading visuals

Hello Im trying to share a report, that I can see online perfectly, but my colleagues are getting the following error with their accounts. I have tried in my laptop with their accounts and same error, it only happens with one of the reports of the content pack the rest are working fine

What is the data source and mode (Import or DirectQuery)?

Do you configure RLS for the report? If yes, have you assigned a role to the shared user?

Please make sure that the users have access to the dataset.

Is import, yes they have access, I have share a content pack that pulls from the same source with various reports and only happens in one of them

How about the result if you create another content pack with the same reports, and share with others?

You can also try to pin this report to a new dashboard, and share the dashboard to others. Will others be able to access the dashboard properly?
