Dear all, today I realized that all the content packs imported in my workspace had desappeared, plus when i try to import them again or any other content pack I get the following error:
We couldn't import data from "content pack name".
make sure you're entering the information correctly.
It's only happening in this user profile, is it possible to have my profile corrupt? How can I repair it?

Would you please tell us the Power BI account which has issue? Which content pack do you want to import? Have you tried import other content packs?
When you import the content pack, under the error message, there should be information like below. Please share it with us.

The issue seems to related to specific account. I would suggest you create a support ticket:
