Power BI can't handle filtering column of merged query

I recently received the latest update to the Power BI desktop app. Consistently, I have been closed out of the app after making minor transformations. The most recent transformation that keeps closing me out is I am filtering a column of a merged query of no more than 60,000 rows total. I'm filtering by 1 value, I go to click "close and apply" and the app freezes and closes out. I have received an out of memory error once. The other times, I was closed out without an error message. The file is only 18,370 KB. Should the update be reverted and then applied again?

We recommend to provide enough detailed and useful information when posting.
For example, a breakdown/screenshot of some of the error messages you mentioned or a step-by-step reproduction of your problem.
If the issue only occurs in the latest version of Power BI Desktop, as a way to mitigate it, we suggest you roll back to the previous version.
