Power App - Rest API Error

Hi Everyone, 

I have a Power App on a Power BI report that I'm sharing with the report's users. 

Some users can access to the report. But I have an issue with one user, when he tries to connect to the app he reveices this following error : 

Does someone knows what it means ? Why is it working on some users and not on others ?

Looking at the error, it seems that the user's mailbox does not meet the requirements. Have you compared the licenses , email format and permissions of this user and other users who have access?
