PDF Export wrong page size

Hello,

i have trouble with the pdf export. My page is set up in standard 16:9. However, the export always makes 4:3 and half of the content is therefore missing in the PDF. The problem only exists on my PC. If I export the page to another computer, it is correct. What could be the problem here? Thank you for your advice.

Hi all,

Please update Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime to the version 118.0.2088.76

You may go to 'Add or Remove Programs' then search for Webview and click on Modify. Then select the option to 'Repair' and it will update it to the latest version.

Version 118.0.2088.76 fixed it . Note that you will need admin rights to install the latest version.

I'm also experiencing this issue with the Desktop app. My report has a Letter type format and this morning when I exported it to PDF, the document was zoomed in and cut almost half of the report.

My current workaround is to publish to the web server and export from there. However, I've been exporting this report to PDF from the desktop for years and it always fit the page.

I am having the same issue, resetting page size does not help, pdf has cuts of large part of the page. Can this be solved as soon as possible?

I have the same problem. To temporarily solve it, I changed the size of the canvas, while maintaining the proportions. In my case, it worked by multiplying the dimensions by a factor of 1.5. For example: For an A4 format, I originally had 3508 x 2480, and I changed it to 5262 x 3720.

Thank you @fguarderas !  Multiplying the dimensions worked for me 🙂

I don't know exactly what happened but PowerBi is working again with the right dimensions.

My system is using the latest version of Microsoft  Edge webview2.  Maybe it updated automatically and fixed the problem.
