Multiple Issues with Exporting

There are a number of active threads reporting multiple issues with copying visuals, pinning visuals and exporting visuals. I would suggest anyone moderating this forum take some time to clarify to users which threads are actually being worked on or investigated as it is unclear. An actual ETA for a fix would also be good.

The issues I am facing are:

  1. Unable to copy visual as image in dekstop or service
  2. Export to PowerPoint / Embed as image is not functioning
  3. Sharing from report not functioning, sharing must be done from workspace
  4. Chat in Teams not functioning

The situation is progressively worsening in that some of this functionality works on older published reports but not on those published today.

Hi @wynhodgkiss ,

 

The following two questions, according ICM , it has been fixed.

1.Unable to copy visual as image in dekstop or service

2.Chat in Teams not functioning
The other two questions, I also do the testing, but I can use the function normally,as the following show:
