We have an issue that we have been unable to resolve after multiple attempts. Each time a Power BI Desktop instance is opened, the user is required to authenticate two times. Users are all using AWS. We have cleared permissions for each data source and cleared the gloabl cache.
We are using the following:
Power BI Desktop Version: 2.118.828.0 64-bit (June 2023)
AWS Version: 5.8.0.4065
Is this a known issue or is there a solve?

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.
