Members of Organization all of a sudden can't export data from visuals

Hello,

I recently made some minor changes (added 2 slicers) to a report that is used by the marketing team in my organization, however now they are unable to export data from the main table on the page. I did not do anything to permissions, however this capability is no longer available to them.

Previously when exporting the table they had these options (which I as the admin still have):

Now they only have this option which doesn't export correctly:

Please help! This is an important report that they need to complete their daily tasks and I can't figure out what went wrong or how to fix it.

Please check these options below:

In Power BI Desktop, the export data options in settings, republish this report to different workspaces to Power BI Service to check it again.
