Matrix visual word wrap not respecting bold text

The default matrix visual has the formatting option for word wrap. However, the text only wraps when the text is unformatted, or below a certain column length. When you expand a hierarchy in this visual the text automatically formats to bold.

There are some values which, when are not bold do not need to wrap, but when bold become longer and should therefore word wrap. Currently they do not wrap when bold and the values get omitted from the view.

i have tested on my side, but not reproduce your problem.

Could you please explain with somes screenshots and also share your sample pbix file, that will be a great help.
