Matrix Visual - Values - Show on Rows Missing after November 2021 Update

I have downloaded the November 2021 update and enabled the new format pane. I cannot find how to show the values on the rows for the matrix visual. I am however able to copy matrix visuals where this is already set up. Did this feature get dropped or is it under a different name?

Hello, I have the same problem.  There is an imange with the option in an older version

This has moved in the new layout. It's under Grid > Options instead of Values now

There is certainly an issue happening with the Matrix visual and the switch values to rows function.  Currently on Dec 21 version and nothing showing in the column.

I was running into this issue as well even after finding the new option location. It looks like there is a bug that prevents this feature from working if you use this feature for less than two measures.
