Unnable to Load the Model

The users can access other reports in the same workspace. But the newly created report they get the error, Unnable to load the model.

We have given permissions on both the report and dataset, these users will not have direct access to the workspace.

Status: Needs Info

'We have given permissions on both the report and dataset, these users will not have direct access to the workspace.'

- Have you shared the reports with users directly one by one in the same workspace since they did not have direct access to the workspace so that they need to visit these reports by 'Shared with me'? And what's the type of the specific workspace, Premium,PPU or normal?

 

Consider whether providing the detailed steps to reproduce it better for further test because of your internal cluster which could not find information as far as I know.

Adding to it we have tried on another browser and in private mode. These reports are to later to be shared as embedded reports.

Sounds like this issue was caused by the broswer and has been resolved currently?

If still has the same issue, you can consider sharing the detailed error message about it.

No, its not a browser issue. What I have mentioned is we have checked in other browsers too and got the same error.
