For context – My company runs a service for one of our clients, a large part of which is performance reporting through Power BI dashboards. A team here has been building these dashboards over the last few months so that a team contracted to the client on-site (the end users who the dashboard is being built for) can track their performance etc. They have primary email addresses registered with the client (e.g. chris@client.com), with their secondary address as their company (standard) address (chris@mycompany.com).
In short because we have multiple email address (as the client demands) when logging on we are redirect to the wrong email account, which is not licenced correctly. There doesn’t seem to be anything we can do to prevent this, we have of course tried logging off and logging back on but the same auto log on event occurs each time.
