Latest update breaks visual headers

I noticed the issue with the August update and the September update doesn't work either. I am trying to hide the visual header on a shape but the toggle doesn't do anything. I have team members with an older version of Power BI Desktop which works as expected

Hi @kirby, 

Please turn on this option then recreate the shape visual, the visual header should be changed.
