Issue with Text Analytics- Score sentiment

Hi All,

I am getting bellow error while trying to apply the Score Sentiment using AI Text Analytics:

 

DataSource.Error: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'An internal error occurred.'
Details:
DataSourceKind=AIFunctions
DataSourcePath=AIFunctions

 

Other two text analytics functions( Detect Language & Extract Key Phrases) works fine. Issue is only with Score Sentiment. I am using Power BI  Oct 2022 version.

 

Any idea how to fix this issue?  Appreciate your help!!

Here's the update I just received from Microsoft Support:

 

We have received similar support requests and Product team has confirmed that it is a bug and they are working on it.
As of now, we do not have any ETA. we will surely update you as soon as we get any information on it.

This is acknowledged as a Known issue.

Engineers are working on the fix, ETA will be updated once available.

wow.. that's hardcore--- they expect us to have all client dashboards that involve sentment to be down for over a week?

I checked this morning and it appears at least the initial error has been fixed. However, no labels are returned though. Can someone please confirm?

Quick update from Microsoft Support (my region is Eastern US)

 

This email is to let you know that fix will be deployed into your region by 11/01/2022 EOD. I will follow up with you tomorrow and day after tomorrow to check if issue is fixed.

Microsoft Support just let me know this was fixed.

It tested it and it works as expected. No update to PBI desktop necessary.
