Issue Power BI Datamart Get data from excel when loading data "ObjectNotFoundInCollection"

I am using Power BI Datamart preview and got data from an excel workbook. After loading the excel and saving it I got an

error: Activity ID: undefined
Request ID: undefined
Status code: 500
Error Code: ObjectNotFoundInCollection
Batch ID: ca49a48f-7185-4ac4-b0e8-6a3e0be4cb7c@6686d06f-16c2-4675-8e2d-b8173932a2d3$2022-10-18T06:18:49.598843...

 

I did exactly the same with the file in Power BI desktop and it worked well.

 

Any idea how to solve this issue?
