Installing Power BI Desktop - Error Writing File

I am encountering the folllowing error message when attempting to manually update/install the Aug-21 Power BI Desktop.  I am stumped.  I have have admin rights.  I restarted machine,  I uninstalled to do clean install (big mistake as now I have no Power BI access).

"Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\bin\Microsoft.AnalysisServices.Xmla.Resources.dll.  Verify that you have access to that directory."

I have access otherwise the other files installed would not be added.  Refer to the view of the Power BI Desktop directory below.

By the way, I dont get the labels for Issues.  Where is "Issue" and "Desktop".  The label list seems too short!

The latest version works fine for me. You may install Power BI Desktop with administrator privilege and choose a different path.

Okay problem solved.  The sl directory was corrupted not sure how, but by renaming the parent directory to "xMicrosoft Power BI Desktop", when I install Power BI is creates a brand new directory and sub-directories for Power BI.
