Incremental Refresh

Hello,

Just need help on this one, I am using an AWS Redshift Database but cannot get incremental refresh to work. I am thinking this is not compatible somehow as it simpily just does not like it. 

I cannot get the query to fold and I do not see any reason for why that is besides the fact they are not compatible even though online says they are. I've created my parameters as a date, but again the query does not fold. 

Please let me know if anything can help!
