Incorrect Relative Date Slicer

We have 2 Date Slicers on the same report page. One is using the Between, another one is using Relative. Generally, It works as described in the official document (Use the relative date range slicer).

However, it seems there is a bug in some days. Today is Jul 30. While it is expected to show 30/06/2019-30/07/2019, the relative date currently shows 01/07/2019-30/07/2019.

We have a similar issue. We have "last 90 days" (including today) selected as a filter on our date slicer, but it never shows the correct date range.
