Dear Community,
we are using PBI Desktop to create different monthly management reports via pdf export. We have a single pbix file, our master, that includes some 50-60 pages and serves as a repository from which we create the individual pdf reports. Each month the page sequence changes slightly and only a subset of all pages are brought into the respective management report (by hiding / unhiding pages).
To get the pages in to the correct sequence requires tedious dragging and dropping in PBI Desktop's page bar at the screen bottom. Question: is there a better way to do this? 🙂
For example, in Tableau Desktop there is a view called "Sheet Sorter" which allows to easily drag and drop sheets in the desired order:
Tableau Sheet Sorter
Thanks and best,
Chris

Hi @Anonymous,
That’s a great idea! But currently, there is no option to do that. For such kind of needs, I would suggest you voting for similar ideas in Power BI Ideas. It’s a place where the product group collects advice from users to improve this product. Thanks in advance!
