I do not have anything crazy in the report.  It is 15 tabs and is just normal visualizations nothing custom.

Could you please share the PBIX file through online file service like OneDrive? If cannot, I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page). They can help to look into the internal log to find out the root cause.
