Error opening the software

Just attempted to install Microsoft Power Bi Desktop. Error returned when openning the application "The proceedure entry point CreateFile2 could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

How did you do the installation? Can you provide your procedure? The installation of PBI Desktop also requires your computer system, for details you can refer to the following link
