Currently, no other users have reported having a similar experience to yours. Have you tried switching devices to see if the problem still exists？

Yes, I tested it on another TV and different devices, and the website works fine.

For last 2 days, don't know why this problem occured on Philips TV, I think it's browser compatibility related issue?
