PowerBI Push Dataset Relationships not working in Government Cloud

Hello, I am trying to build a push dataset in the Government Cloud with multiple tables, with a relationship between two tables.

My dataset builds and I am able to load data into it through the API as expected.  However, the relationship is not established.

We have successfully built the same configuration in the Commercial Cloud, and the relationships are established correctly.

Is there a limitation or issue with the Government Cloud which will prevent these relationships?

Yes, there can be differences between the Commercial Cloud and the Government Cloud in Power BI due to the unique requirements of government cloud customers. These differences are designed to accommodate the specific compliance and security standards required by US government organizations.
