Error Message on Refresh

Hello,

I have this message when want to refresh my Power BI report.

Have you any idea what to do?

Unexpected error: Specified value has invalid CRLF characters.

Parameter name: value

If your data source is SharePoint, similar issue has been submited before(ICM: 267296597), you can try to clear the Datasource credentials in Power BI Desktop.

To clear credentials go to File -> Options & Settings - > Datasource Settings. Select the sharepoint source and click on 'Clear Permissions

 

If not, you can consider sharing more details about this issue like data source type, connection mode, Power BI Desktop version etc.
