Embedded Apps Issue?

Anyone having issues with embedded apps? It seems that when I use the secure embed (or sharepoint embed) links...I get a permissions error....but when I navigate to the app itself on the service, no issues?

It seems to be related to the "Config=...." part of the embed link, I generated a new link that seems to work fine but that's the only part to change?

I have this message... the report was working well this morning, suddenlly it crashes....
