Dynamic Parameters with Composit Model - Error = DirectQuery Partition - 2 datasource references

Trying to use Dynamic parameters to feed an EXEC query which only works in Import mode; having both modes in the file throws the below error:  "Error DirectQuery Partition... 2 datasource reference(s) in it's expression which is not allowed."

Update - resolved the issue by removing import queries and using all direct-query connections; initially attempted to send the selection to a stored procedure which it did no like.  Changed to using a sql query directly and and that resolved the error.  Thanks
