Conectar Bd posgretl

Buenos dias estoy intentando conectar una bd progrets ala mi conjunto de datos pero para enlazar esa bd a alguna fuente de consulta tengo que agregar la ipv4 en una lista blanca.
mi pregunta es donde saca la IPv4 de Power BI para que logre conectarse ala BD.
