Dataflow refreshing intermittently

Yesterday, we tried refreshing a dataflow, consisting of 4 files on sharepoint, 9 times.
Once it worked, 8 times it did not, claiming to have a memory problem.

We have not changed the size of the files at all. PLease respond soon, as a large-scale solution depends on the reliability of PBI Service...
