Dataflow Refresh failure internal error

Dear, today I realised my fact Dataflows contains couple of other Dataflows couldn't be refreshed and one of the error is "Error: An internal error occurred.. Param1 = DataflowInternalError Request ID: 9015b3fa-e2da-8efc-378b-fa96940148c3." There is no any error in other Dataflows, it has been working for 2 years. First time I face, I need urgent help. Thanks

I am facing the same issue! Same error message and it also just started yesterday on Dataflows that have been working for months.
I have tried recreating it and still getting the same issue.

I have exact same issue! dataflow refferencing other dataflows suddenly start failing du to "Error: An internal error occurred.. Param1 = DataflowInternalError Request ID: .... ". Have been working fine and didnt touch them, then suddenly this error from yesterday.

This needs to be resolved! 

EDIT: Seems to be working again now.

Yeah I see the same. The issue arrived evening of 1/29 and disappeared yesterday afternoon. I now also see gen2 dataflows as an option in the UI to be created even though i am on a P SKU workspace.

For the moment there are no reports of this issue from internal inquiries, we see user feedback in the comments below that the issue has disappeared, was it able to work on your end?

Intereting, one linked report caused the issue whic did not show any error, and there was no any error when refreshing. How did I figure out? Disabled load linked queries then tried to refresh, if it works enable one by one.... one empity report caused... For me solved the issue. Thanks your support...
