Data source error

We have a lot of Power Bi reports with us, but there is an error where we don't know why.
The error occurs as soon as a report is either adapted in PBI Desktop and published under the same name, or it also happens if we publish a backup under a different name.
Unfortunately I can not find on this topic on the net.
Can you please help us solve the problem?

What's the error message? Please make sure data gateway has been updated to the latest version and the credentials are still valid.

Hi,

We are also facing the same issue. The gateway is updated and the we are able to refresh the dataset in Power BI Desktop. The credentials in Power BI Service are also correct. Any resolution would be appreciated?
