Data Source Error {}

Hi All,

 

Can someone please assist with the data source error being blank and in brackets? Why does this happen?

Whether there is the detailed error message in refresh history or gateway settings when refresh failed, you can click 'Show details' in these panes to find it and copy it to post in the case in the format of text?
