Normally, there are some reasons that may cause this issue.
1 Scheduled refresh fails four times in a row: Troubleshooting refresh scenarios - Power BI | Microsoft Docs, In this situation, you need address the underlying problem and then re-enable the refresh.
2 No view or access activities on the report/dashboard built on the dataset more then 2 months
According to error info, there is something wrong with the credentials. Please go to the Datasets Settings and update the credential there. After that, re-enable your scheduled refresh.
