Hello, we have been having an issue with Paginated Reports on PBI over the last few days, after some testing i can confirm the behavior is as follows:
If a paginated reports has a parameter that's nullable, the navigation bar at the top will freeze and make it impossible to change pages.
When the parameter has a value, it is possible to navigate between pages.
This is just an example, we have various reports that are being affected by this issue.
