Client cannot access shared dashboard

Hello,

 

I currently have the Power BI Pro trial activated. I shared my dashboard with an external client who also has the Power BI Pro trial activated. 

However, he is not able to access the dashboard. He has logged out, logged in, cleared cookies, tried on a different browser, etc. 

No dice.

 

He has a blank gray screen with the Power BI header, and nothing else.

 

Please help!
