Cannot connect to sql server

Hi,

My powerbi Desktop cannot connect to our team sql server, I tried another sever could be connected.

Hi @Nan-Liu ,

In Power BI Desktop, please firstly go to File-> Options and Settings-> Options-> Data Load, clear cache ，then check if you can connect to SQL Server successfully.

Alternatively, you can go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\Cache to delete all files in Index and Temp folders.

If it does not work, try uninstalling Power BI Desktop and reinstalling it.
