Cannot Create New Workspaces in Power BI Service

I receive the above error when attempting to create a workspace. We all have pro licenses and have been able to previously create workspaces. We are now resorting to renaming previous workspaces that are not in use currently; however, that will only last so long. Can anyone help me determine what the cause may be?

Hi @PowerBeEye,

As the group creation in Power BI is now controlled by the group creation in Exchange Online. In your scenario, please check in your Office 365 tenant whether group creation option is disabled. For more information, please refer to this: Prevent Users from Creating Groups in Office 365.

 This was the issue! We are now able to create groups after making some temporary changes. A more permanent solution is being worked on with other managers and Microsoft! Thanks again
