Bookmark Navigator Subscription bug

Hi, I set up a subscription based on a bookmark which was not the default bookmark.  The page has a bookmark navigator.  When the subscription is sent, the image in the email shows the default bookmark as selected, but it shows the data for the non-default bookmark.  The same issue occurs when I click the link in the email to go to the Power BI report (i.e. it shows Default View as selected, but it is actually showing data for Email Check).  I found a similar issue here https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Bookmark-navigator-bug/m-p/3399014 which suggested turn off persistent filters, but in my case persistent filters are already turned off.
