I think our PBIP files has been affected on the new updates. The existing PBIP files in our report are not opening in Power BI desktop. Error says.
InnerException0.Stack Trace Message:
Cannot read 'C:\00_Data Analytics\PBI Repo\PBI - Shared Datasets\EDT Monitoring\EDT Monitoring Dataset.Report\.pbi\localSettings.json'. 'C:\00_Data Analytics\PBI Repo\PBI - Shared Datasets\EDT Monitoring\EDT Monitoring Dataset.Report\.pbi\localSettings.json':
Invalid type. Expected String but got Null. Path 'remoteArtifacts[0].reportId', line 5, position 22.
In addition to that, I can't seem to convert a pbix file to pbip as well. What I did is download the pbix from our pbi service, save as pbip. What is just do is make the file as untitled and then it doesn't produce the folder files. However, when I try to create a new blank report and save it as pbip, it works.
