Azure DevOps - Odata refresh Error

Hi,

I am using Azure DevOps OData .. and contantly getting below error on refresh via service:

"OData: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. (Internal Server Error). The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action."

Using Source as:  Source = OData.Feed("https://analytics.dev.azure.com/xxx/xxx/_odata/v3.0-preview/"
, null, [Implementation="2.0",OmitValues = ODataOmitValues.Nulls,ODataVersion = 4]),

Any lead will be helpful:

Please note:

1. This works fine when when refreshed thru PowerBI Desktop. 
2. I am not using any gateway to refresh.

I tried the latest version to publish a report and it seems to be working fine. You may take a look at Query guidelines.
