smartsheet error gateway

Extension{"extensionDataSourceKind":"Smartsheet","extensionDataSourcePath":"Smartsheet" Cannot be added to gateway

The smart sheet is causing the gateway to fail (it also includes an on premise sql server). I am unable to remove teh smart sheet connection from the gateway, if I do, it removes the entire gateway.

What are you doing with this error ? Can you provide detailed error messages or screenshots ?

Hi,

Was there ever an update to this? I seem to be having the same issue.

The smartsheets gateway cannot be added, which means it fails every time a refresh happens.
I cannot put in scheduled refreshes without it constantly failing.
