Slow Data Refresh

Hi,

Am seeing VERY slow refreshes on a data model in the service (up to 2 hours!) for a 18MB model that takes a few minutes on the desktop and usually only 20 minutes in the service.

 

Can you tell me what's wrong please?

Hi , @frankAtKew 

What is your data source ? Does the refresh of the dataset run in Premium ? When did this situation start ? Has this happened before ? Is there a problem with a single dataset refresh or with all dataset refreshes ?
