schedule refresh error

Hi 

   I need help for schedule refresh. My issue is first time use On primies Data gate that time I connected with sql server and set schedule refresh . But now my requirment with oracle so I need to new data gate way create with oracle connection but my issue is when i set schedule refresh that time my dataset conncet with old gata gateway connection so I how can I change datagate way coonect particular dataset .can u please help me to resolve this error?

@Anonymous,

You don't have to install gateway on the same machine with Oracle, just make sure that  you are able to access Oracle database from the machine that installing gateway. You can install Oracle clients in the gateway machine to test the connection.

Hi

      I got your point but when I install Gateway in my system that time their is no option which Datasource to conncet with Data Gateway.But in PowerBI service we can see can my gateway name and add my oracle database credential and gave me the successfully connection with gateway and when I set schedule Refresh for oracle dataset that time I am getting this error"You don't have any gateway installed or configured for the data sources in this dataset. Please install a new data gateway, or configure the data source for an existing data gateway.   "

What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? And do you use import or DirectQuery mode to connect to Oracle? This time, do you use personal mode gateway?

         I am using this  Version: 2.58.5103.501 64-bit (May, 2018).  and i am using Import Query mode.that time i am using Enterprise Gateway. but I resloved this error .thank u for your help.
