refresh failure notifications

Hi,

 

l have scheduled a data refresh schedule in my POWER BI workspace and l have configured the gateway using an organisational gateway. l have "Send refresh failure notifications to" and l have selected an individual who is a colleague of mine to receive the refresh failure email, but he does not receive it when the refresh schedule fail.

 

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi @Silv 

1. Is your colleague's email account filled in incorrectly
2. Whether your colleague has set up email blocking
3. Is this the first time you use this parameter?

1. The email is filled correctly. l have noticed that for some reports, he receives the failure refresh notification and for some others not.

2. He has not set up email blocking.

3. l have used these parameter before as well.
