"Apply Query Changes" is not able to apply all records. Also no error is shown.

I have around 100000 records in my power query. When I clicked on apply changes, 9088 records got loaded and then no progress for 2 hours. I canceled it. Any idea why is it happening?

Hi @khitish,

1. What's the data source? It could be no responses from the data source Server.

2. What's the computer configuration? 100k records could consume much memory.

3. What's the version of the Desktop? Please upgrade it to the February release. Please refer to Problem-with-2nd-January-2018-update-can-t-apply-query-changes.

I updated to the latest version. Still, the same issue is happening

My scenario:

I have a list of URLs in a table.

I have created a function for web scraping, which will read the HTML source of the URLs and extract a particular information. I am calling the function for each URL.

Power Query is able to form the table with desired information. But when I am trying to do apply changes, it just starts and goes up to few records and then it gets paused.

Also, everytime the same records number is not getting paused, it varies, when I change the transformation steps. I checked the function for the particular row by running manually. That works fine.

Following are your answers

1. Data source is - set of URLs

2. Computer configuration - 32 GB RAM and i7 7th Jen processor

3. Win 10 (running February upgraded version of power BI)

4. The link you provided, my issue is similar to that but the difference is, in my case the loading starts and paused in between without any information.
