1.Uninstall and install power BI desktop application.

2. Try with different version of python.

    a. even tried with python virtual environment but no success...looks like python,power BI version combability issue

Firstly, according to the error message "name 'Agent' is not defined", this could mean that the script is trying to use a variable or function that hasn't been properly defined. To troubleshoot this issue, you may want to check the script itself to see if there are any syntax errors or missing definitions. 

Else you should start by validating the version of the Python engine where you are testing the code versus the version of the engine that Power BI uses. You can validate the version of the Python engine used by Power BI Desktop under Options > Python Scripting. If the issue reproduces outside Power BI, it is a code-related issue and is outside of the Power BI Support scope.

Got issue actully no need of below lines in python code.Its handled internally once we add values.
