drop down list selection bug

When using a dropdown list on power bi service, when you select a value(dropdown check box mode) the list jumps back to the top.  This makes it very annoying to select multiple items in the list.

The issue has been reported internally before: CRI 66998031.  The fix will be released with next desktop version.
