date & time column has the data in the format xx:xx.x

while importing data from CSV , date & time  column has the data in the format xx:xx.x (e.g. 03:45.7).  However I import this into Excel, it will always import it as a time.

my steps action done with no success :

1. change  type to time/date - lead to error

2. detect data type - lead to error 

3. change CSV encoding type - not change get data from CSV in BIGet Data from CSV in Excel

What's the format of these columns in the CSV? Can you share a sample please?
